HVAC SALES AND MARKETING CONSULTING FOR FOREIGN MANUFACTURERS

A number of foreign manufacturers have or are considering entry into the U.S. market.  As far as national markets go, the U.S. is not a particularly challenging one to enter.  The challenges of the U.S. market are that it is so large and so arcane.  Getting the necessary code approvals  and affiliating with the proper industry groups simply takes patience ...and money.  The trick is knowing how to go to market.  The U.S. system of proud, independent, and dynamic regional representatives is somewhat unique.  The U.S. construction process is also unique in that for the most part it is under-regulated, under-licensed, and un-standardized.  It is a free-for-all compared to the rest of the world.

For foreign companies we can...

>>   set up and maintain distribution channels.

>>   translate and adapt literature to U.S. conventions.

>>   assist in adaption of foreign products to U.S. codes, practices, accessories, and dimensions.

>>   obtain necessary code compliances and approvals

>>   perform credit checking, invoicing, collection, and payment.

>>   establish and maintain banking relationships for foreign exchange, remittances, letters of credit, currency hedging, etc.

>>   arrange receiving, storage, shipping, and delivery of imported      products.

>>   arrange maintenance of U.S. product, parts and accessory stocks.

>>   arrange U.S. manufacture under license.
